Add and manage product images and videos in your CommentSold dashboard. This guide shows you how to access Product Media, upload images, and attach videos to your products using the Media Gallery to enhance product listings and improve customer engagement across your shop.
Access Product Media
- Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select your desired product from the list.
- Select the Media drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select the type of media you wish to manage.

Add Product Media
Add Images to a Product.
- Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select your desired product from the list.
- Select the Media drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select Images.
- Select Manage Images.
- Select Upload.
- Select your desired image from the Media Gallery.
- Select Save at the top right corner.
Add Videos to a Product.
- Select Products from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Select your desired product from the list.
- Select the Media drop-down from the options listed at the top of the page.
- Select Videos.
- Select Manage Videos.
- Select Add Videos.
- Select your desired video from the Media Gallery.
- Select Save at the top right corner.
