Customer Logs

Customer Logs are a standardized logging system that tracks significant customer actions across CommentSold. These logs are available in two places:

  • A dedicated Customer Logs page for global visibility
  • A Customer Logs section on individual customer profiles for targeted troubleshooting

Together, these views help you monitor activity and investigate issues more efficiently.

  1. Select Customer Logs from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
  2. Search or use the filters to find the desired logs. 
  3. Select Export CSV if you wish to export the logs.

Use this view when you want to:

  • Get a high-level overview of customer activity
  • Identify patterns or trends across multiple customers
  • Investigate issues that aren’t tied to a single customer yet

This page acts as your central hub for customer-related activity.
