Customer Logs are a standardized logging system that tracks significant customer actions across CommentSold. These logs are available in two places:
- A dedicated Customer Logs page for global visibility
- A Customer Logs section on individual customer profiles for targeted troubleshooting
Together, these views help you monitor activity and investigate issues more efficiently.
View Customer Logs
- Select Customer Logs from the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Search or use the filters to find the desired logs.
- Select Export CSV if you wish to export the logs.
Use this view when you want to:
- Get a high-level overview of customer activity
- Identify patterns or trends across multiple customers
- Investigate issues that aren’t tied to a single customer yet
This page acts as your central hub for customer-related activity.
