Customers can delete their account on their own or you can delete their account from your CommentSold dashboard.
Deleting a customer will delete all history of the customer and their orders. We do not recommend this step unless a customer explicitly requests the deletion.

Delete a Customer Account
- Select Customers in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
- Locate the customer you wish to delete and select the three-dot icon to the right of their name.
- Select Remove Customer from the drop-down.
- On the pop-up, select Delete Record to confirm the deletion.
How A Customer Can Delete Their Own Account (Website)
- From your website, the customer can click the Profile icon in the top right.
- From the left side menu, they can click the Delete Account option.
How A Customer Can Delete Their Own Account (App)
- From your app, the customer can click the Profile icon in the top left.
- Then click the Edit Profile button.
- Click "I want to delete my account" at the bottom of the page.
