Delete a Customer Account

Customers can delete their account on their own or you can delete their account from your CommentSold dashboard. 

Deleting a customer will delete all history of the customer and their orders. We do not recommend this step unless a customer explicitly requests the deletion.

Delete a Customer Account


  1. Select Customers in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
  2. Locate the customer you wish to delete and select the three-dot icon to the right of their name.
  3. Select Remove Customer from the drop-down.
  4. On the pop-up, select Delete Record to confirm the deletion.

  1. From your website, the customer can click the Profile icon in the top right. 
  2. From the left side menu, they can click the Delete Account option.

  1. From your app, the customer can click the Profile icon in the top left. 
  2. Then click the Edit Profile button. 
  3. Click "I want to delete my account" at the bottom of the page.
