CommentSold requires users to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) to help secure account access. Depending on your role, you may use an authenticator app, SMS, or email as an MFA method.
Super Admins must set up an authenticator app and/or SMS before leaving the account security setup page. Team Members must have email MFA enabled, while authenticator app or SMS can be added as optional methods.

What Happens When You Log In After MFA Is Enabled?
After the MFA rollout, CommentSold may require you to sign in again. After you sign in, you'll be directed to the Account Security & Preferences page to complete your MFA setup.

- After logging in, you’ll be directed to the Account Security & Preferences page.
Set up MFA Method
MFA requirements depend on your CommentSold account role. Super Admins must configure an authenticator app and/or SMS, while Team Members must have email MFA enabled.

- Select the SET UP button for the Authenticator App.
- Download the Authenticator App on your device.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your screen using the Authenticator App.
- Enter the verification code generated by the authenticator app.
- Enter a Device Name. This is optional.
- Once done, select Save.
- Select MAKE PREFERRED if you wish to mark this as a preferred MFA method.
