Create a Fulfillment Team Member in CommentSold

You can create a fulfillment team member in CommentSold by adding a new team member and assigning permissions to manage orders, fulfillment, and packing reports. You can also allow them to manually fulfill orders if you use CommentSold for barcodes and shipping.

Create a New Team Member

Create a team member account before assigning fulfillment permissions.

1. Select Team in the side menu of your CommentSold dashboard.
2. Select Add Member in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enter the team member's name in the Name field.
4. Enter the team member's email in the Email field. This will be the email they use to log into CommentSold.
5. Enter a password in the Password field.
6. Enter the same password in the Verify Password field.

Now, let's assign fulfillment permissions to this team member.

Assign Fulfillment Permissions

For a fulfillment-only team member, we recommend allowing access to packing reports, order management, and new fulfillment. You can also allow manual fulfillment if your team uses CommentSold for barcodes and shipping.

1. Select the checkbox to the left of View Reporting - Packers Overview.
2. Select the checkbox to the left of Manage Orders
3. Select the checkbox to the left of Manage New Fulfillment.
4. Decide whether to select the checkbox to the left of Manually Fulfill Orders.
   • If you use CommentSold for barcodes and shipping, then select this option.
   • If you do not use CommentSold for barcodes and shipping, then do not select this option.

Does every CommentSold team member need their own login?

Each team member should have their own CommentSold login. Individual logins improve account security and allow CommentSold to track fulfillment activity by team member.

When should I enable Manually Fulfill Orders?

Enable Manually Fulfill Orders if your team uses CommentSold for barcodes and shipping. Leave it disabled if you don't use CommentSold for those functions.
