|Active Consumers Who Have Never Bought via Live||

|Active Consumers Who Have Never Bought via Webstore||Displays customers who've purchased in the last 90 days or year but have not purchased via your website.||Drive traffic to your website. |Active Consumers Who Have Never Bought via App||Displays customers who've purchased in the last 90 days or year but have not purchased via your mobile app.||
Drive mobile app downloads, traffic, and purchases. Our research shows that customers who shop via your mobile app are more likely to become repeat customers. Identify those customers who haven’t purchased via your app and email them an app-only discount.
|"At Risk" Consumers||
Displays customers whose spending ranks in the top 10% for the past 180 days but who have not made a purchase in the past 30 days
|Re-engage at-risk customers. Draw back customers who are spending less via a VIP discount email campaign or special touches like a handwritten note or branded merchandise.|
|"Lost" Consumers||Displays customers whose spending ranks in the top 10% for the past 180 days but who have not made a purchase in the past 60 days||
Winback lost customers. Target customers who haven’t made a purchase with your business recently. Let them know about new products or collections you’ve dropped, and offer them an enticing discount they can’t pass up.
