Downloading & Scheduling Insights Reports

Download A Report

Insights reports can be downloaded as PDFs or CSVs.

Reports can be automatically scheduled to send via email using the Schedule Delivery option.

Select Insights from the side menu in your CommentSold dashboard.
Select your desired tab from the options listed at the top of the page.
Select the Three-dot icon in the top right.
Select Schedule Delivery.
Fill in Settings
- Schedule Name - The title of your report
- Recurrence - Set how often you would like this report delivered
- Email addresses - Enter the email addresses you would like the report delivered to
- Format - Choose the file type for the report (PDF, CSV, PNG)
Select the Filters tab and set any desired filters. (optional)
- Filters available will vary depending on the report you are scheduling.
Select the Advanced Options tab and fill in the details. (optional)
- Custom Message - Include a message in the email containing the report
Once done, select Save.
