Using Popclips Insights, you can better understand your Popclips' effectiveness. For instance, you can track the number of views each Popclip receives, measure the click-through rate, and analyze conversions stemming from these clips. This data helps you identify which products and styles of Popclips most engage your audience, allowing you to optimize future content for better results.
By leveraging these insights, you can refine your marketing strategies, increase customer engagement, and ultimately drive more sales through targeted, data-driven decisions.
Navigate to Popclips Insights
- Navigate to your CommentSold dashboard and select Insights from the side menu.
- Select Popclips from the option listed above.
Popclips Metrics
| Data Set | Information Displayed |
| Total Views |
Displays the cumulative number of views for all Popclips, indicating the total audience engagement across all clips. Each view of a Popclip is recorded as a separate instance, except for views within the same session (approx. 30 minutes), which are considered duplicates. |
| Total Clicks |
Displays the total number of clicks on all Popclips, measuring the overall interaction and interest from viewers. All clicks on products or landing pages are recorded, but only the first click per session (approx. 30 minutes) per Popclip is counted, with subsequent clicks deemed duplicates unless coming from different Popclips. |
| View and Clicks by Popclip | Displays the individual number of views and clicks each Popclip has received, providing detailed insights into the performance of specific clips. |
Filter Popclips Insights
- Select the Date range from the drop-down at the top of the page.
- Select the Popclip Title if you want insights into a specific Popclip. Scroll down to the bottom for metrics on specific Popclip selected.
