Boost Your Business Insights provides quick-win dashboards and tools to help you identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability. Use these insights to analyze top-performing brands and variants, identify customers to retarget, monitor remaining inventory, and find products to feature in upcoming Live Sales.
The dashboard also highlights products that have recently sold, products that have not been shown in a Live Sale recently, and products that have never been featured in a Live Sale.

Access Your Boost Your Business Insights Tab
- Hover over the side menu in your CommentSold dashboard, then select Insights.
- Select Boost Your Business from the options listed at the top of the page.
At the top of this tab, you can adjust the Latest Live Sale Date, and First Live Sale Date filters to select specific date ranges for the first two tables in the Product Candidates for Next Live section. You can also filter all the tiles by Brand.
These are set by default, but you can set them up as desired. Once you’ve selected the time frames and/or brand, select the Update Arrow on the right side of the page.
View and Export Data
You have various options when it comes to viewing and exporting your data. Please note that available options will vary by data set.
For the following insights, select the three-dot icon at the top right corner to download, expand the view, or clear cache and reset. Select the values on the tiles to display a detailed marketing list, and then select Download at the top right corner to export the list.

Yes. Use the Brand filter at the top of the dashboard and select the Update Arrow to apply your selection.
What does Quantity Sold by Variant show?
It shows the number of units sold for individual product variants, helping you identify which variants perform best.
How can I identify products to feature in my next Live Sale?
Review the Products Remaining tables to find products with inventory that have not been featured recently. You can also review Received Products Never Shown in a Live to identify new products that have not yet been featured.
What is the Received Products Never Shown in a Live insight?
It identifies received products that have not yet been featured in a Live Sale.
Can I use Boost Your Business Insights to find customers to retarget?
Yes. The Remaining Inventory and Past Purchasers insight can help you identify customers who previously purchased applicable products or categories and may be candidates for targeted marketing.
Can I export Boost Your Business data?
Yes. Select the three-dot menu on applicable insights and choose Download. You can also select customer count values to open detailed marketing lists and download those lists.
What is Gross Profit?
Gross Profit is the difference between the Price of Goods Sold and COGS.
What is Gross Margin?
Gross Margin is the percentage of gross profit relative to the Price of Goods Sold.
What does Days Since Latest Live Sale mean?
It shows how many days have passed since a product was most recently featured in a Live Sale. Use it to identify products that may benefit from additional exposure.
